Types of Property We Inspect:

	Homes
	Condominiums
	Light commercial residential (apartment buildings, hotels, etc.)

We apologize, but we do not inspect mobile homes or strictly commercial buildings.

Scheduling:

We generally try to schedule inspections to begin at either 10am or 2pm, and are available to serve the entire valley seven days a week. 

Inspections themselves normally run anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on the age/size/condition of the property.   (A good rule of thumb is to divide the square footage by 1000 to estimate how many hours the inspection is likely to last. Pools, casitas, etc., do add time to the inspection.)  You don't need to be present for the inspection, but if you can't attend, a verbal consultation is strongly recommended after receiving your report. 

Pricing:

Condominiums:

	- 1500 square feet:     $275.00
	1501 - 2000 square feet:     $300.00
	2001 - 2500 square feet:     $325.00
	2501 - 3000 square feet:     $350.00
	3001 - 3500 square feet:     $375.00
	etc.

Single Family Residences:

	- 1500 square feet:     $350.00
	1501 - 2000 square feet:     $375.00
	2001 - 2500 square feet:     $400.00
	2501 - 3000 square feet:     $425.00
	3001 - 3500 square feet:     $450.00
	3501 - 4000 square feet:     $475.00
	4001 - 4500 square feet:     $500.00
	etc.

Pool/Spa Inspections:

Bill to Escrow Fee:

For commercial residential properties, please call to receive a quote.

Payment is due at the time of the inspection.  For your convenience, we can bill escrow but do charge $25.00 for that service.
